Our Policy:

There are absolutely no refunds, only exchanges that meet the following criteria.

YOU MUST INCLUDE SIZE, AUCTION NUMBER, ITEM DESCRIPTION AND CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. IF YOU DO
NOT PROVIDE US WITH CORRECT INFORMATION, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE THE
CORRECT ITEM AND/OR SIZE.  THIS INFORMATION IS STATED PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER ON THIS SITE, AND
ON OUR AUCTION PAGES. YOU NEED TO READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR SIZE AND IT'S OUR FAULT, WE WILL EXCHANGE IT FOR THE RIGHT ITEM
AND/OR SIZE.

1. How big do the t-shirts run ?

These are approx. measurements --

measured just under the arm pit area -- around the shirt .

YOUTH sizes ...

6/8 -- 30 inches

10/12 -- 32 inches

14/16 -- 34 inches but shorter than the ADULT small size

ADULT sizes ...

S -- 34 inches

M -- 37 inches

L -- 42 inches

XL -- 46 inches

2X -- 49 inches

3X -- 56 inches

4X -- 60 inches

2. Can I get a different size ?

YES you can get a different size. Please see below for prices ...

To upgrade to a size 2X - please add $2 more to your total

To upgrade to a size 3X - please add $4 more to your total

To upgrade to a size 4X - please add $6 more to your total

Youth sizes - as well as adult S - M - L - XL are the same price as the winning bid.

 

When ordering a different size it is very important to include a note WITH your payment so we know which size to send to you.

 

3. How much is shipping ? Do you combine shipping ?

 These shipping prices are only for t-shirts and pillowcases and pillowcases.

Screensaver shipping is below.

USPS (United States): $6.75       Additional Items: $1.50   
Overnight (Sizes XL and Smaller): $20
Canada (International First Class): $9.75   Additional Items: $2.50
Rush Overnight: (does not guarantee overnight shipping. May take as long as  2 days if you live in more rural areas.) $30
Everywhere Else: $11.75        Additional Items: $3.50
Rush Overnight:  Please Contact Us. Rates Vary.

Shipping DOES include insurance and delivery confirmation ! We do combine shipping.

 

4. Can I order other items and add them to my winning bid ?

 Our buy it now items are $18.50 each + shipping for sizes XL and under. Feel free to add as many items as you'd like to your order .. just be sure to include a note WITH PAYMENT letting us know which items and which sizes.

5. Do you do custom orders ?

We're happy to do custom orders -- just send us an email with what you have in mind and we'll see what we can do for you.  Please be sure to check our direct order web site above.  There are many other designs to choose from there.  :)

6. Has my item been shipped yet ?

When inquiring about shipping - please send us your name and shipping address and we'll check the status
of your order ASAP. Please keep in mind we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Please allow 5-7 days for
processing your order and shipping. It can take anywhere from 5-7 days. It depends on where you live.
If you live outside of the US or in Canada, it may take longer.  Please check when you paid, if it's within the
last day or two, it most likely has not gone out yet.  Please contact us after 7 days to check on your shipping
information. We, realize you are excited to receive your item, however, it does take time to get to your order,
process it, and get it shipped.

7. Where do I send payment ?

We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cash, and checks.

Please send PayPal payment to  -- payments@tshirtsnmorestore.com (do not send email here, it will NOT be answered.  This address is only for paypal and Bidpay payments ONLY!

Please remember to send a note to tell us what you are ordering, what size you'd like, like and where to send the item to. 

 If we don't get a note about a different size we'll have to send an XL to you.  If you want a bigger size but
don't send the funds to cover the upgrade .. we'll have to send the XL.   Please understand that this
information is very important and helps us to get the orders out quickly.

During high sale volumes, and holidays shipping time may be up to 10 business days. So, please figure this
in if you need it by a certain date.

VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that sometimes Paypal has a glitch and does not always
include all items that you pay for on a multiple order. If you are missing a particular item,
please email us and we will remedy this problem immediately.

Do you carry any other style of T-Shirts?

Yes we do!  We have night shirts and taktops now!  We are looking to expand our type of shirts in the future!


9.
What's My Total?


Please see the above for shirt prices. Standard price is $17.50 for all shirts. Anything Larger than an XL has
additional costs. The amount to add to the base price is given above.  Shipping is included above as well.
We do not give out totals. We get many many requests for totals, and it slows down our efficiency of
answering email.  So for courtesy to everyone, please use the information above to calculate your total.


10. How Much is Shipping for your Screensavers?


There is no shipping for screensavers. Once you pay for your screensaver, you will be sent an email with a
link to download your screensaver (s) and a code to register it.

However, If you really would like your screensaver on CD, please let us know that.  There is an additional $1.50 charge for the CD.  Shipping within the US is $ 2.50.  This covers shipping, handling and tracking!


11.
I received the screensaver, but where does the unlock code go?

Go to Display Properties in your control panel (Start-->Control Panel--> Display Properties). Click on the
Screensaver tab.  There should be a "settings" button. Click on that and there should be a tab to
enter the code.

12. I received my t-shirt today, but it's the wrong size.

It clearly states in all end of auction emails, all auctions, and on this website. PAYMENT MUST INCLUDE
SIZE, & T-SHIRT ORDERED. If you do not include a size, we send the standard XL size. We are not liable for
failure on your part to properly read the website, or the auctions.  We are not obligated to send you the
correct size. Since these shirts are made specifically when you order them, it can not be returned. HOWEVER,
if we go through the order and find you did specify the size and it is our mistake, we will send you another
Shirt. (Shipping may be extra).

13. I forgot to include size with my payment, what do I do now?

It clearly states in all end of auction emails, all auctions, and on this website. PAYMENT MUST INCLUDE
SIZE, & T-SHIRT ORDERED. If you do not include a size, we send the standard XL size. You can send us
your name and address that the item is to be shipped to. We can try our best to find your order and make
sure you receive the size you need. But we can NOT guarantee anything.  We handle a large amount of
orders every day, and many times by the time we get to the order we're supposed to be looking for, it's too
late and the order is already printed and packaged for shipping.

14. I received my item today, and it's been damaged. What do I do now?

If your item is damaged from postal mail, please contact us and let us know. We can give you the information
you need to fill out a postal claim form through the U.S. Postal Service. All our items we ship are insured.

If your item seems to be damaged, but NOT from shipping, possibly due to a defect in the printing, please
return the shirt to us, and we will send you another one.  If the defect is in the shirt it self and NOT in the actual
design, there is nothing that we can do. We are not the makers of the t-shirt itself.  We are not responsible for
the marksmanship of the shirt which is made by a Third party.

15. I received my item today, but it looked better online. Everything's fine with the quality of the shirt, but I just
don't like it now that I got it.

Unfortunately, we do not give refunds or returns, except for some of the exclusions above.  The reason why
there are not usually refunds or returns excepted is because these shirts benefit our animal rescue.  Therefore returns or refunds, are taking away from our main stay of support.  Basically, when you purchase from us, it should be considered a donation, and for your donation, you receive a t-shirt pillowcase, screensaver..etc of your
choice.

16. I e-mailed you and all I got was an auto response. When will you get back to me?

We have the auto reply set up to help us efficiently answer email.  Many questions that we get on a daily
basis are repetitive and if we can weed those out, we can get to everyone more quickly.  We answer emails
M-F ONLY. Occasionally, we may answer emails on a Saturday, but it's a rarity.  We try to get back to
everyone within 48 hours.  So, please be patient and we will get back to you. Your questions, and
concerns are important to us.

17. I received my shirt today, but it's the wrong one. What do I do now?

Please email us and let us know. We will ONLY exchange the shirt for the right one if you included all proper
and correct information in with your payment. If it's due to an error on your part, we can not help you. If we
find that it's our mistake, we will exchange the shirt for the right one. Please contact us before assuming
anything.

18.  I need this shirt by a specific date, can you do this for me?

We can do rush orders for you. Please remember, that for rush orders with
expedited shipping, there will be additional shipping charges.  Please email us for rush orders FIRST, to make
sure that we can have the item to you by the specific date.  However, when sending in payment, YOU NEED TO GIVE US A SPECIFIC DATE THAT THIS NEEDS TO BE RECEIVED BY. If we just receive a note saying that you need it ASAP, we can not guarantee you that you'll get it in time for your special day. 

19.  How come your payment address is different from your eBay name and address?

We sell our shirts to many other businesses, many on eBay.  They are merely avenues for selling our items.
Payments go directly to us, and the sellers then are paid from us. It's easier for us to track our items better
this way.  We understand it's alarming to find out payment address is different or to a different person. So, be
rest assured it always goes to the same place, we just have different people helping us to raise funds for our
animal rescue.
